Preorder Shipping Notice

All products currently sold by Noted Brand Inc. are offered on a preorder basis. This means:

  • Items are not in stock at the time of purchase

  • Orders will be shipped after production is completed

  • Shipping timelines are estimates only and may change

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.

Processing & Production Time

Preorder items require additional time for production before they are shipped.

  • Estimated production and processing time will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase

  • Production timelines may vary due to manufacturing delays, supply chain issues, or other factors outside of our control

We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of significant delays.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your preorder has completed production and has been handed over to the carrier:

  • Shipping times vary based on destination, shipping method, and carrier

  • Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed

Noted Brand Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method

  • All shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Canada only.

Availability of shipping destinations may change at any time.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error may be delayed or lost

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been shipped and handed to the carrier:

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages
