RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Noted Brand Inc., we value transparency and customer satisfaction. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding returns and refunds.

No Order Cancellations

Orders placed with Noted Brand Inc. cannot be cancelled once submitted. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for approved returns that meet the conditions outlined below.

Approved refunds will be processed no later than 30 days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, and no additional fees will be charged.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 14 days

  • The goods are unused and in their original packaging

Non-Returnable Goods

The following goods are not eligible for return:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized

  • Goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature (e.g., perishable items or expired products)

  • Goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons

  • Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items


We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods to us.

We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service.

Refunds cannot be issued without receipt of the returned goods or proof of successful return delivery.

Gifts
  • If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item once it is received.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
